We have a refund policy of 24 hours, which means you have 24 hours before the tour starts to cancel it, with a full refund.
After the tour has been made and if for some reason you were not satisfied with it, you can request a refund that will be evaluated by the Bearded Madeira Team and will be answered as soon as possible.
